Sweet and Tangy Meatballs

These meatballs were a hit at my last office potluck. I was late and lucky to get one! Everyone is familiar with the classic sweet and sour, so these meatballs were an unexpected savor. Think sweet and sour with too much sugar and no vinegar… alright, just read the recipe.

3/4 bag of Kirkland meatballs
1 jar of strawberry jam
1 bottle of Famous Dave’s Sweet and Saucy BBQ sauce
1/2 cup dijon mustard
2 small green peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice

Dump it all in a crockpot and cook until the meatballs are hot and the sauce boils. Serves 1 office, but not very well.
